A special lubricated material was chosen for mating parts to avoid potential squeak. A glass filled polymer was used to add strength to the housings.
Very tight moulding tolerances are required.

Every component in this assembly has tight moulding tolerances. All products moulded are QC checked hourly and, in this case, specific jigs and gauges are used to check critical dimensions.

Water, especially under pressure, is unforgiving. Needless to say, these parts have to be moulded to tight tolerances and the choice of materials was critical.

This Galantai product (marketed by Johnson & Johnson) is in every hospital in New Zealand and most hospitals in Australia. There are numerous unique features with the most outstanding being the TPR (thermo plastic rubber) single part dispensing nozzle (which has to be seen to be appreciated).

more detailenlarge Moulded on our 550 tonne machine this 615mm long bin has zero draft on the outside and zero draft on the inside for the first 200mm.

Draft from the 200mm mark to the bottom of the bin is only 0.25 degrees. We fully assembly this product in-house.
