Our modern moulding facility consists of 15 injection moulders, ranging in size from 35 to 550 tonne, including our Arburg 200 tonne twin barrel co-moulding machine. Having the Arburg twin barrel machine offers our customers an opportunity to mould products in hard/soft or 2 colour combinations, moulded during the same cycle.
The recent purchase of two All Electric Sumitomo machines takes full advantage of modern technology. The all electric machines offer higher repeatability and accuracy of moulded parts with lower energy consumption.
